      I have learned a lot here, and I’m given a lot of responsibility.

      The pay is well below industry standards. There is no company culture to speak of. You arrive, get to work, go home.

      Need to want to hustle. If sitting and sipping coffee is your thing, the EMT is not.

      Experience working in a laboratory, family like feel among employees, exposure to what NOT to put up with in your next job

      Cons

      Lack of safety and care for employee morale/welfare/compensation, sexual harassment is pervasive and male/female dynamic is very backwards, outdated building/technology/software, no way to move up in company
