Pros

The rent discount is 30%

Cons

They care more about saving money than they do about hard working employees who have been there for almost a decade or more. I have seen several different hard working employees be let go for various reasons in the last year alone. Their position "no longer is needed" at that property being the main reason they use. Once they let you go they give you 30 days to move. So not only do you lose your source of income, but you'll lose your housing if you live at one of their sites. They will make it seem like they care about you, but if you bring up any issue with any other employee treating you badly, they will get rid of you. Saw that happen with a manager. Beware.
