      Pros

      -Great and extensive training program, they will teach you the languages they use for their software -Immediate responsibility after training -Ability to move in the company to a position that interests you -Very supportive and collaborative environment -Great food on campus -Beautiful Campus with many pieces of art, interestingly themed buildings, and a massive amphitheater 200 feet underground.

      Cons

      -Immediate responsibility can lead to some overwhelming moments when you start -required to live within 45 minutes of headquarters

      Gourmet food at cheap prices Work at home day after travel weeks Salary is great

      Cons

      Work 10 to 14 hour days pretty consistently, Sometimes longer if you're traveling. Poor vacation

      Opportunity for growth in a demanding industry. Personal relationships from the ‘top to the bottom’. Positive and comfortable environment. Epic is very busy place and it really makes the time fly.

      Growing pains are always an issue, which is better than the latter
