Workplace for thieves and crooks, customers can't use their system for over a year, yet the CEO wants his money now. I can't count the number of times I have seen someone come in and serve lawsuit papers to the company. Hires and fires employees like yesterday's news. Pay is terrible, if you want parking in the building, you have to pay for it yourself. I could keep going on and on about this terrible company.

No parking for employees, Owner fires and hires depending on his mood, No Benefits, No loyalty to hard working employees.

Pros

No exp necessary. The management is nice and approachable. The employees are very chill and down to Earth. The hours are good. 2-8:30.

Cons

The job itself is not tough but demanding. A computer calls people for you and you try and book appointments for solar power.
