Set up for failure with rhe work load. When you start you are already starting wstarting with someone else's backlog log. Then you are harassed every day about how many you have in your backlog. So at the beginning you're still learning and you're not as as quick so after you've been there for a few months your backlog is crazy. Then you start to get punished because you have so many You're paid for how many claims you get paid but since you're billing out such old claims from the previous person's backlog people don't want to pay.
