      Don't Believe Everything You Hear

      Pros

      Lots of smiling faces from employees and management, with a good salary.

      Cons

      False promises made that this was a stable company, with financial backing from the Wilks Brothers, and they weren't expecting to make money the first year.

      One of the best places I have worked in my 25 years

      Pros

      The company truly works to develop its people as leaders, managers, and human beings. Results matter, but when they aren't met, we ask if the team member has the tools they need to do the job and how we can help them get there.

      Cons

      Certainly, every place has its problems and Equify is no different, but we are honest about our short comings and work to improve ourselves.

      High earning potential, Remote work

      Cons

      Very poor leadership, Wilks Family know to be unethical and it shows in leadership. President will agree to a deal in front of customer then change position behind closed doors leaving RSM to clean up mess. President treats team like garbage and will change bonus structure to not payout as agreed. Very dishonest people.
