Pros
Weekly pay, explore the great state of Minnesota, some of the people were cool.could listen to your own music if wanted to. Pretty chill with getting days off if you needed them off (let them know two + weeks in advance obviously)
Cons
If you’re looking for work they have it. A lot of the workers there did not like the job it felt very much like it was the office people bs the people in the field the whole time I was there (6 months) the company culture is pretty blue collar if you’re into that. You’ll either like your coworkers or hate them the drug test and they won’t be afraid to let go of anyone for any reason. The job itself isn’t that hard I don’t understand why a lot of people stressed about it but I was at the very bottom of the totem pole and was just there to get a bag. Honestly being the operator was not at all worth it for me. Not a career path for me I was actually happy when the let me go. Even tho they laid me off for no reason. This is a massive company don’t feel bad when they don’t care about you.
