some down time during weekday shifts and great coworkers

management is horrible and if you have any concerns you cannot bring it up with the owners because they will yell in your face. There is no support from the owners, if you can work somewhere else do it.

chill when it’s slow, coworkers are great

Cons

management is AWFUL. they take advantage of employees and customers and are just down right rude and unprofessional. no opportunities for increase of pay or promotion. you’ll be full-time technically but they won’t offer benefits, and if you try to bring that or pay up with them they will fire you on the spot.
