Strong engineering team, but bonus expectations are unrealistic

The company has a solid team of engineers with great communication.

Cons

Ownership is cagey about bonuses. They announce at quarterly meetings that we are having the best year yet, and then they set unrealistic goals for the yearly bonus to justify not paying out the full bonus.

- Technology is Legacy - Large amounts of custom languages, frameworks, IDEs - Because they contract out to USPS, their financial stability is at the whims of the Federal Government (to a certain extent)
