Pros
Nothing is advantageous to be part of such a CMMI level 5 complaint and ISO certified. If they are not improved in last 18 years they will never improve. They are all thief.
Cons
They don`t have any process 1. Salary not on time. They have cycle of 26th to 25 and they credit on 4 to 8 of next month. So they will always hold your salary of 10 days in their hand. 2. Can reduce the probation period any dam day. 3. No cycle for allowances. Will come after a month. 4. Everyone is a hopeless from HR to finance to COO. You cannot escalate any thing. In fact it does not matter to them even you escalate. It will still be in their hands. 5. Relieving is also difficult. They process your full and final after two months and that too is not fixed the thing which is fixed is not earlier than two months. 6. They have limited projects specially in technology and software engineering. And your span is just based on the project lasts. They can ask you to leave any dam day. 7. The same happens at onsite as well which they have in limits. 8. Shared services like IT and HR and Finance and Transport and Admin is worst. In fact for allowances you need approval from Receptionist. They all are puppets of COO. 9. You have to lick to everyone for every single small thing. 10. You have to run behind them to create your PF account, to credit salary/allowance and other basic stuffs. Their rating should be negative but I don't have option to put less than 1. :(
