      Very Bad Experience working ata essae teraoka

      Pros

      Only good thing is that senior person i.e. DGM of Mumbai Division is friendly.

      Cons

      No proper training given to new employees. Very bad working conditions for employees. Very less no of staff in one branch. So the pressure is too high even for new employee from 1st day. Salary processing is also late after 7th of each month.

      1) You can earn extra income(incentives). 2) Good for adventurer freak. 3) You get to look wide application of weighing scales(not " JUST " weighing scale) 4) You get chance to visit every Company ONLY..........Various Companies, BANKS,etc. (CAUSE:- Products not for retail)

      Cons

      You fail to maintain records if a fresher, & when you have loads of pending work. If you are of unacceptability of others bad behavior or not flexible DO NOT APPLY for job......mind it
