      - Essence solusoft provides them a platform where employees can perform their best, grow quickly and realize their true potential. - For sure you will learn a lot. You will get senior support whenever you need. - Work Life balance - Recomanded to girls also . You will get your work life balance... even many time head also told us to not to work late in office

      - A team of very talented and dedicated people. - Friendly atmosphere makes coming to work enjoyable. - Your opinion is heard. Have a great idea, then share it. - Flexible working. - Transparency and open culture. The culture at Essence Solusoft is incredible. Such a hardworking and energetic group of people. Employees are treated with respect & kindness. Good atmosphere. They are a startup and are proud. Very friendly bunch of people there.
