Completely confused management. Not sure about the future of IT employees in the company. IT Architects are useless, No proper plans nor has an vision! but they just know to pressurize the lower graded members to snatch the project from service company and build an in-house IT model. IT employees are leaving the company, management takes no actions at all. Company has no money to give good laptops nor mobiles.
