Pros

No Pros except you learn to sulk by working for 2 people at once and min salary

Cons

I would rather give it 0 stars but I think I had to give a min of 1 star which it doesn't deserve. 1. This company is made up of a group of friends heading different departments. All they do is shout, taunt and play the blame game on their subordinates so that they are safe in the long run. So much favoritism here that you will be invited everywhere if you are friends with the top management and people who actually work are nowhere to be seen. 2. Lack of leadership and rotten work culture - leads to stress at all times. People who have joined just a month ago have to bear the brunt too because heads are so incompetent and they usually don't know what to do and are looking for ideas from their team all the time. 3. Pathetic HR, Pay policy - HR doesn't do anything apart from furthering his own agenda. There has not been a single month of my tenure when the Salary has not been delayed and they will give you some stupid reasons for doing so - Bank did not do what was told, Audit is going on, Weekend, etc etc. 4. They work alternate saturdays too and expect you to work sometimes on Sunday, have calls with the retail ops team. Sometimes, they ask you to go on Business trips on the weekend which is totally unprofessional. Whenever there is a possibility of an extended weekend, they tell the employees that they will not approve their leaves. They think if you are getting paid, they own you and can make you work for 24*7*365 5. It's a Yes culture here and if you don't follow it, you are screwed big time. You can't give ideas because they think they know better than you do, if you object to what they are doing or point out mistakes, you will be in the soon-to-be-fired club and you will be taunted and shouted at daily by your head. 6. I am just appalled that why this company still works like a startup with no stability whatsoever even after running for more than 10 years. If 1-2 months do not go as expected, they will fire 10-20% of the staff. 7. I have seen people joining and getting frustrated in a month because of the unprofessionalism and toxicity of this place. Some people here will put you down for no reason and I have seen so many people leave because of them (You know who you are). In Short, Please stay away from this place. Never join even if they are paying you more, the stress and frustation is just not worth it
