Nothing, You will ruin your career(Both Technical & Non-Technical). I joined the company when it was at its budding stage with not more than 10 employees and was part of major & only project the company had but they asked me resign when they slightly grew and realized that they does not need me

I believe all other reviews has been framed and given as majorly given by senior folks of the company. But trust me "Do not join company" For (Technicals & Non technicals) As a startup you can expect atleast salary on time. 1. Policies only to showcase (Depends on your role in org.) 2. Major mismatch in JD and opportunity. 3, People are on bench for months and may be asked to leave if they could not get projects 4. They will give you hybrid/work from home benefit until they need you else will force you to come to co-working space every single day without work where you even might not have space or seat. 5. Co founders of the company have least morals and values. The only thing they care is work (no time limits) -For non technicals Co founders do not value. I have seen non-technical people sitting outside their co working space, if they gets some common public space and doing work.
