      Upper Management Micro Manages and bullies employees

      Pros

      There are some very nice people at the company who work very hard. Good company discount. Quality products.

      Cons

      The CEO creates a hostile work environment and yells at and bully his employees. The pay is low. The COO micro-manages every part of the company and does not seem to want employees to think for themselves. Lots of flip-flopping on decisions. No respect for management structure. Had a decent vacation policy then took it away. Bosses do not respect boundaries and will contact employees after hours on weekends etc...

      All departments need work due to bad CEO

      Pros

      Great location (office overlooking the bay), most admin employees have either their private office space, or shared floor. Good benefits, with 401k. If you adamantly prove yourself (suck up) to CEO, you'll have a good standing at the company for awhile.

      Cons

      Arrogant CEO barks orders and loses temper frequently, most employees are either intimidated or actually afraid of him and therefore doesn't speak their opinions. The CEO has an opinion of every matter and prides himself on being the expert in almost every department, and many department leaders feel like they get trampled on by the CEO. The growth of the company is completely dependent on marketing at trade shows, and the product. The product is good, but the company culture is terrible. 1-6 month employee turnover rate. "Prettier" women tend to have higher positions, despite their experience/attitude.

      Thank you for your feedback. We've definitively been in a rebuilding phase after a rough patch. We are fortunate to have a number of prior employees rejoin us. We're putting in place a better management structure, communications, employee benefits and hiring to bring back the great culture of team work that EuroStyle's success was built upon.

      Pros

      A small group of intelligent hard working people.

      Cons

      Highly toxic work environment that starts with a narcissistic CEO. His approach to running this company is extremely disappointing which entails of bullying, favoritism, degrading team members in front of one another, manipulating people, and a terrible amount of gaslighting. Some of the management team is very inappropriate that lacks professionalism, integrity, leadership, respectfulness, and an unwillingness to set others up for success. The shocking reality is that these things will continue to happen on all levels without any accountability or action.

Our hard working and dedicated employees are what has made our company so successful all these many years and is key to the future. You are correct that there were some very difficult management decisions that had to be made. We know there is always room for improvement in delivery and communication and we've recently brought in additional resources to support us in that area. If there is anything specific that a management team member did that you felt was inappropriate, we'd appreciate hearing more specifics so we can continue to improve.
