      Management struggles to protect the associates from unworthy customers and doses not provide necessary training to handle unjustified complaints.

      This Company helps their Employees grow in the company; gives them more opportunities to choose from. They are very flexible with schedules and very understanding regarding personal stuff.

      Cons

      I've been working at Evans for almost 4 years now and I honestly can not say anything negative of this Company, I've always been treated right.

      I have over 20 years, in the operation of vehicles-equipment like this.

      Cons

      But, since I was attacked in 2010, by 4 unknown assailants, I havent had that many jobs.
