      Pros

      - Both the CEO and CTO are one of the most amazing and talented people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have the utmost respect and admiration for their work ethic and the support they provide to the company - Smaller teams, means things get done quickly and with lots of feedback - The teams have each others backs, consultancy work can be SOMETIMES difficult, although I hardly have any bad experiences since I think leadership does a great job at selecting who they want to work with. - Work life balance is incredible - Design work is fun since you get to touch on a lot of different apps and make ideas come to life.

      - Sometimes the timelines felt a bit rushed, but ended up being just the right amount of time

      More Socials would be amazing!! We are a little constrained on outings as we are a Fully Remote company, and a pandemic is still going on, but we try our best to see each other every few months! =)
