Pros
Decent starting salary, lots of hands on training, good benefits, working with real professionals that know the industry really well. Super friendly work environment.
Cons
I never worked in a shop environment before, so I was unaware that I would be required to be on call and to work overtime during certain weeks (was never mentioned in any hiring paperwork or during my interview).
