The office is unhygienic. You have to be in the office for 9hrs and every minute should accounted. Every blatant office politics which will definitely bring employee morale down. It's very rare they encourage to try new technologies. For example , in the testing team they were very reluctant to try automation. They use all outdated technologies . Micromanagement There are employee who are working there for more than 10yrs , so they are not well versed with new technologies since they are comfortable with the old . HR rules the company with an iron fist . No fun activities , even which they conduct is little insulting and depressing Not good place to start you're career.

Lay off without any prior information, Poor Management, Less Pay, Partiality for North Indian, Regional Talk, Lack of work ethics. HR Attitude. L1's are treated like hell.
