Staff builds up the company, but upper management burns it to the ground

Pros

Hardworking, smart, and friendly employees - specifically the Retrieve, Data Quality, and Graphic Design teams. Great health benefits and vacation policy. Company catered food on Fridays.

Cons

Senior staff (minus one person) is completely inept and breeds a high school-like culture. Low pay compared to similar companies. No real room to grow and move up - don't expect a promotion or raise.
