Pros
The team at Eventium are all super nice and supportive. It can be intimidating to go to large conferences and events but they make sure you feel prepared and always treated me with respect.
Cons
Can be stressful at times but that's just the service industry for you! Also if customers act rudely it can be a bit of a bummer when Management puts their needs first but again service industry requires tough skin sometimes.
