VP/Director titles are handed to people who have never managed a team Execs keep preaching growth and culture with little to show Rounds and rounds of layoffs/ employees mysteriously resigning Most founding members in engineering have left Major churn in customers Current product does not work as promised to customers Puts all their eggs in 1 basket with the new product and hopes that it works, when the people who built it are fleeting the company everyday knowing that it's a lie Little to no experience handling immigration. HR in general should be looked into when there's 100% turnover Constant power struggle among departments, even up top between the CEO/President trying to push one another out Keeps referring themselves as the "category defining company" when it's a dime a dozen Great at throwing parties but it's Saas and not an event management company Great for fresh grads who want to drink beer, play with nerf guns, smoke e-cigs all day long and go to the gym mid-day...not so great for people who actually care about their career
