      Tech Stack is great. (for dev)

      Cons

      No management policies No facilities for employees No open source learning Only product specific work Senior will call you at 2 am to work on stuffs No work life balance No option to switch profile internally No appraisal for hard workers Unnecessary politics Productivity is not counted, spending time in office for late hours is appreciated Fake hope of sending people onsite

      - New technology - New things to learn and improve - Remote opportunity - Fair pay

      Cons

      - Excessively draining working hours on some days. - Few Peers know a few way to write code and consider that’s only correct way. They’ll make sure to put you down at every step irrespective of your functional code they will keep on bugging for some arbitrary actions to force you to write code as they do. - Not open to listening to suggestions for improvement and just keep adding own suggestions as improvements. - Biased engineering management
