Pros
Great manager and colleagues. Very supportive people in office overall. Fun yet professional environment. Good training course and post training development. Good company incentives and good commission to be earned.
Cons
The only con that stands out to me would be the fact that some days you will be going home later than expected. However, this is definitely made up by the commission that can be earned just by going the extra mile.
Pros
Good people to work with, jobs give allot of good experience,
Cons
no overtime pay, expect to work more than
Pros
Good people, with a sense of team around the office
Cons
Long hours and have people working though covid
Pros
Experience Average salary Training week
Cons
This company have long term people working that take advantage. The bonus id unfair where manager makes 50% of all bonuses. They do nothing while everyone else does the work. Many overtime hours worked and no extra time paid. Bonus is not that good. People are rude and it’s borderline bullying - too much unnecessary stress if you don’t hit target - micro management and much more - avoid at all cost
Pros
Great people in my branch
Cons
Long hours, feels like commission payments are for hours worked and not bonus
Pros
Good basic pay. You help people. The induction experience was nice.
Cons
Bad bonus scheme and i was lied to at the interview about this. Unfortunately a very toxic office with a controlling and unstable manager. The office is very awkward and staff are unsettled. Staff unable to speak to one another because management shuts down the conversations. The members of staff that have been there do not speak up about any bullying because they are used to it and are too scared too which is why all new starters leave and nothing is being done about it for years. Read the other people's reviews for more details - the good reviews are from ex members of staff or staff still there who were asked to do this.
Pros
Initial training - met some great people in my training group and we were booked in a hotel on the companies expenses
Cons
Subprime loan company where the well fare of their clients come second to the targets. Extremely dated processes where each customer has a paper file which needs to be stapled in the correct order and then put in a filing cabinet. Targets are brutal and you are forced to push desperate people to take loans for 99% APR. Some of the comments my team made about are customers was disgusting. Also, I watched one of the team get bullied as he wasn’t hitting target. He was later fired and the team seemed to find it entertaining - including the manager. Manager thought it was acceptable behaviour to throw their keys across the office in anger when things weren’t going his way. No discussions on progressing through the company. This is a branch based role where there’s one manager and the rest are Customer Account Managers. You can only move up the chain if your manager leaves the company or you change location. Work 6 days one week per month to cover weekend. Unable to leave at the end of your shift on the last day of the month to force target. This was the most stressful, horrid experience of work I’ve ever had. I stayed in contact with my initial training group and they also had a terrible experience and had to all move on. The training away seems great at first, but don’t let that trick you.
