Pros
It used to be great company. Few cool people are still in, but not for long....
Cons
Well, this can continue on and on. New leadership completely shattered the link between engineers and leadership. Unrealistic sales quotas, lot of good engineers and managers were let go or forced to quit by the new management. The new VP of engineering is outsourcing every single job from the US to Asia. He also switched to micromanagement. If you get a job offer here, run, run as fast as you can!

Incentive packages to help motivate employees (i.e. healthcare, retirement, and other).
Cons
From a distance, power struggle between middle and upper management are quite visible. Though as with any company, there are toxic managers, and there are good managers.
