Good exposure to new technologies, supportive team, approachable management, and a great environment for learning and growth.

Cons

Casual leave requires 7-day prior approval, which is not very flexible. A 1 day prior request would be more practical. No leave encashment for employees who exit before year-end, I think it should not be happen.
