Pros

I tried a lot to recollect is there any pro's, but I don't see anything as of know.

Cons

Unfortunately, I am editing this review for the second time, it's not allowing me to write the facts. Guys, don't believe in positive reviews. Management forced the employees to write the positive reviews on the glass door. Recently there was a review with the title "Evolving Factory and Family Business" that was 100% true. Currently, this company is doing very bad in the market and they are likely to close their operations in the Bangalore. They have already closed two branches in London. Already most of the senior employees left the organisation. Only a few left in Bangalore because they are unable to find the jobs immediately. And there are few shameless people behind the new management for extra bucks and to sustain some more time in the company. Recently they have announced some star performance awards. Its just waste of money and gave to who are the favour to management(not all). And there are so many if else's in that awarded money. Like you will get half of the award money in this quarter and the rest in the next quarter, if the "company performs well". And if you want to leave the company in next 6 months, you need to return the award money. Don't think it's a huge amount, it's just 10000 bucks, how cheap it is?. This is what the company's position. Let me tell you what kind of people got the awards. Platinum award for handling all DB issues. In my career, I have approached the DBA only for issues like., install the DB server, install the client, restart the DB, reset the DB user password. There is no full-time work for DBA, all this can be done by a 2-3 yrs experienced guy, not required a 10+ EXP guy and paying so much of salary. Everyone on the floor knows what kind of support we get for DB. People like who begged for a project manager position and projecting themselves as a punter on the product. Already so many customers are escalating for not responding properly and the project deliveries are getting delayed. Soon planning to travel 31 countries to sell the solutions because of expertise in buttering. The developer who became a project manager over night. Because of North Indian and knows how to apply butter to management. how come anyone can become a project manager with 6yrs? Just shouts on the resources and doesn't know how that product/project works and outsources the work and gets it done(without any legal process). And people who have their own company also working here, in fact, they also go the award. People who know bits and pieces of a product., unfortunately, other resources who built the product from the beginning has left the organisation and the product came to Bangalore hands. Planning to rebuild it which will not work. Even Einstein who demonstrated the link between mass and energy(e=mc2) doesn't pose like that. And few awards to who really deserved and few are just for name sake. In fact, they didn't recognise few people because they are serving notice period and few are not billable to the company. The problem is top management has changed the manager for Bangalore operations who doesn't have any software experience and from a non-technical background. It became like mango in the monkey hand. Management goal is to reduce the operational cost and show some revenue. That is what company is doing from past one and half year. The operational cost has been reduced to 50% compared to earlier. Management literally harassing the experienced people to leave the company on their own. There is no respect to the employees. Management says we are paying you the salary, you need to do whatever we assign and whenever we asked. They are asking the experienced people, why are you being paid so much can you justify it? Already few people are leaving because of management. There are a few experienced people who joined recently and left in months and weeks times. Currently, none of the existing people knows the core part of the product, they can't enhance it according to the new market and there are no new products. The sales team are struggling a lot to sell this age old product and no support from the top management. Already management killed the product, now its a services company Now whole company became a part of the sales team, everyone needs to sell the services. Still, if you want to join in this company buy a bottle of butter and bucket. Now, these two are very important than the technical skills.

Pros

Free breakfast, free snacks, and timely salary as of now. Apart from this no other pros

Cons

Looks like Evolving is settling down. Yes -settling down in the competition with other competitors in the market, not able to enhance the product, not able to gain the new customers, that's why trying to sell the services to the existing customers. Easy to approach to the higher management, but the problem is management will listen to everyone and try to implement everything in one shot, which will be a contradiction to their own statements. Management will not try to understand will it really work or not. They are treating it like a testing environment without any analysis apply the changes and wants to see how it works. HR and Management will give respect and recognition to only who are favour to management. Even whole HR team serving the notice period now. Few people saying that there are new technologies in the company, is that IOT? I don't see any creative lead also using the new technologies being used in this company. Everyone will get a dynamic role to play in this company - Yeah, it's very challenging to support the product without knowing anything about the product. Because no one left in the company to explain the core part of the product. If you are ready to face the sleepless nights, mental harassment from management, come this is the right place for you. None of the creative lead/Marketing team from the new company able to help the sales people to sell their product to at least one customer in two years. After Evolving acquiring SSM, only SSM people got benefited. None of their employee is laid-off, getting a timely salary and other benefits from Evolving's pocket. But Evolving having half yearly and annual layoffs. Rumours are like they'll have a lay-off this year too like past two years. Evolving hiring lots of freshers because they need to reduce the operational costs and none of the experience people are willing to join here. Even freshers leaving the company in months, that's why management announced a higher education bonus with some terms and conditions. So many buttering experts are trying to create a positive buzz on the floor and social media, but even they knew that this ship going to sink soon. Still, they are doing it for their own benefits. In the past, they try to change the office to new space, but it didn't work because they can't find a cheaper place than the existing one and management not ready to invest in R&D itself, how can they invest in new infrastructure?

Pros

Nothing as of now, its only cons.

Cons

Hire and Fire is the strategy. One Marwari is ruining the bangalore office, to add to it another dumb CEO has been appointed who does not know what the business is. The senior management are puppet of this marwari, who just wave hands and heads in front of him.
