Pros
The Doctors are AMAZING! Extremely proficient and professional as well as personally caring and kind (to patients and employees). Cannot express my gratitude for them enough. Coworkers are so intelligent and fun, lots of really great people there. Great experience is you want to get your foot into the medical world.
Cons
Management is very difficult to work with. Employees are over policed and there are lots of strict policies. Can be hard to get time off, very little PTO. Pay starts at $15 and it’s very difficult and time consuming to get raises. Management is hot and cold, disorganized, and apathetic.
