Very nice colleagues, good opportunities to establish connections with corporations

The upper management, namely the boss, is very emotional and egoistic, not willing to listen to the team in a lot of the time.

Excel tackles a wide gamut of endeavours and regularly attracts high profile clients with their conferences or those that contribute to their HR magazine.

Lack of incentive to do a good job. No leave, no bonus. Treated like robots.

Pros

The best part about it is the boss is never around so you can do what you want within reason.

Cons

As above. No extra benefit, boss is quite emotional, sometimes is nice, other times treats you with disrespect.
