      Pros

      Well connected and experienced recruiters/staffers that generally find strong matches between prospective employers and employees.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, more focused on profits than people. Benefits are subpar and back-office support (HR, payroll, etc.) is routinely unprofessional and unhelpful.

      Haven't received my full pay from them

      Pros

      The recruiter was good and provided accurate and timely information regarding the contract.

      Cons

      While working remotely, the payroll person improperly withheld Wisconsin income taxes. It's been over 500 days since I was supposed to receive my pay and I am still dealing with getting my money. The company's attitude is "just keep waiting."
