Pros

Good Company for non technical people, Freedom to take any initiative,Nobody will fire you if you are non performer. Its your wish work or not, nobody bothers, You need to be self initiative and have to lick higher management for growth. Don't mess with your boss. Higher Management people are egoistic. No team work at all, Everyone is individual performer.

Cons

Not fit for technical person. Even Technical profile job also non technical. If you are sales person you are at good place.

They give good salary for 2 to 3 years experience candidates Good revenue generation happening through only trading Good for the people who do lot of politics and time pass.

Cons

Not good working environment Top management not good with any OEM's or Senior members never have good relation with Customers You can here good stories but not closing any orders Blame game on each others
