      There's no transparency in the working system. Managers are too biased and there's no work ethics. Managers ignore talented and qualified people. No creativity n the process. Salary/package is way below the market rate.

      The management is the worst here, people with no qualification or brains are managers and too much politics and bias. No good HR policies. No creativity or career growth. Salaries are pathetic. Way below the market rate.
