      Good company to work for ay individual right from freshers till managerial roles. Excers stays apart from other companies in many aspects. Few are mentioned below. Good work culture Dedicated team Supportive and employee friendly management Prompt response on any issues Supportive HR Dept. Good exposure to learn

      Pros

      Excellent place to work and show case your skills , My company rewards people on skill and not on experience, one will have loads of work .A superb place for beginners for sure . Excers has a long long way to go.

      Cons

      I personally did not see any cons here . I am happy to be working here. A good place to work and learn.
