Consistent, well coordinated coaching is something we are actively strengthening, because people do their best work when expectations are clear and leaders are developing them rather than just directing them. On pay, we are continuing to invest in fairer, more transparent compensation structures so that people who join us feel rewarded for the work they do. Exclaimer is in a strong period of growth, and we are building a sales organisation with clearer career pathways, better coaching standards, and stronger support for the people in it.
