You get to go home (eventually)

- No work like balance. - The Owner thinks just because he gives you a paycheck he owns you. He will have you doing personal things for him during and after work hours. - Verbal and emotional abuse on a daily basis. - The owner has a temper problem and fires people for no reason. - They lie to their customers and are always in some type of lawsuits. - Also, don't buy a car from there because the deals are shady and since I've been there 4 people have reported that their car caught on fire and the company did nothing about it.

None. Getting to go home.

Cons

Owner and office manager are sneaky. Owner finds any and every reason to doc our paychecks. Office manager tries to tell salesmen how to do our jobs even though she has never sold a car before.
