Pros

Chocolate bar on day one. Easy to book holiday. Some limited hybrid working.

Cons

The company has very low morals. They shout about being Bcorp certified and putting people and planet first over profit, but they are quite happy to drop staff without any fair warning and consistently talk about profit and how staff need to be making more. They tell you time and again that you should not expect to be making any money for the first 12 months and then contradict themselves by setting you targets of 80k for the first year. This leaves you with a constant feeling of under performing, (I am not alone in feeling this way, but understandably others feel they can’t highlight this) to make it even more confusing 5 months in they change the goal posts and say they expect you to be making commission by now. The company and the management are obsessed with looking good to the outside world, whilst not supporting staff at all. The training consists of your manager telling you to just pick up the phone without having listened to anyone else’s calls and telling you to “cut your teeth” The management use words such as top tier, and deece, and call you bruv, leaving you wondering if you are talking to a manager or a teenager. All in all the company paints a good picture to the outside world but once inside you can see how poorly managed it is, they would rather spend money on trips to Dubai for fun, than making the business a stable reliable company. As an example you will need to give out your personal mobile number to candidates as they do not supply basic tools to do your job. They even have a roulette wheel in the office which you spin if you win stand up sales sessions (you are not allowed to sit during these which is pretty uncomfortable as they are not standing desks, or go the toilet or make a drink) the "rewards" are not rewards at all, things like "eat a tin of fish" and if you challenge this you are told "its the highs and lows of recruitment." If you are thinking of working for them I urge you to consider if you feel you can be a good fit. Be prepared for drinking alcohol during work hours, and some huge egos, you will need to hit the floor running and have very little support.
