      A lot of opportunity to dive my head into. I was able to work a plethora of validations, test equipment, and perform DoEs

      Cons

      Senior management can pick a direction and you just need to roll with it until they are satisfied. Even if answers are looking not good, you may just need to continue testing until management tells you to stop
