Salary - to an extent, the stress really isnt worth the salary.

Cons

The residential support management is very toxic. Their bullies and have no sense of leadership. There is a high turnover in the dept just because of them.

Unorganized management in Sri Lanka Do not give offer letters to interns Salary is not worth for the commitments you have to make No career development No job security even if you are a permanent employee Most of the employees are having screwed up personal lives
