Pros

Great work life balance. Friendly people and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are way below average. KER (key end result) bonus system is a complete joke, entirely arbitrary and out of your hands (no matter how hard they try to imply otherwise). Losing talent fast, replaced by either nepotism or the lowest bidder. Management is ran by stereotypical MBA types, buzzwords and all. Marketing and sales deceive clients a lot of the time and the engineers have to deal with the consequences. No room to grow professionally, expect to be stuck at the same position forever (unless you're friends/family).

Family-run nepotic business

Pros

As a consulting firm, they maintain a commendable policy supporting a healthy work-life balance for employees. They actively seek young talent, providing an excellent stepping stone for early-career professionals

Cons

A cultish atmosphere prevails regarding safety concepts, with an unwavering belief in the infallibility of the founder. Unfortunately, there is a noticeable disconnect from the latest ideas in reliability engineering. Salary stagnation. Discouraging environment for young engineers seeking professional growth. Learning opportunities are restricted, with a clear bias toward family members, leading to the departure of numerous promising engineers within 2-3 years.
