      Pros

      Being a part of the exciting Virtual Reality and gaming industry.

      Cons

      Employees did not get paid on time (sometimes MONTHS late), strange hiring decisions (hiring teenagers as team managers), multiple employees that had sacrificed for the company were terminated at will, large projects were chosen that were financially devastating to the company with no regard for employee workload or pay. Company mission and objectives unclear.

      Pros

      This job is fantastic for those with work ethic . If you can perform under pressure to meet deadlines and put in the extra hours required , this is the place. I have learned many new skills during the prototype phase of fabrication that continue to be a benefit to me in my everyday life and off the clock artwork.

      Cons

      I can see that the hours required in crunch time might not be for everyone and could be a con. For me, I enjoy it.
