Pros

Nothing. Dont expect to work for this company for any Pros!! Only people wasting their talent in this company are great.

Cons

Pathetic management (50%+ Management are third party Consultants) Micro Management is extremely high. You cannot drink Tea or cannot take Personal call in working hours. It seems like Manufacturing company than IT & Employees are Labors. Late sitting in almost full and every week "without any compensation, not even appreciation". Extremely Bad salary structure and appraisals. Bad working environment. Company has not grown at all and poor Growth/Execution plan. CEO is managing this company in worst possible manner

I see you joined the company 4-5 years ago and left 3 years ago. I assure you that the company has grown 300% thanks to the efforts by our wonderful teams. Sorry you did not find your path in this company though we had hoped you would.

Pros

No Pros.Just that it's good playground for freshers

Cons

Hopeless in all aspects. One person controlling the whole company.It treats employees as slaves.They are rather bonded slaves. They are in bond for at least 3 years. Totally unethical company. Rather you can't define it as a company it's a "shop" run by one person. The favorite hobby of that person is to fire people.

When freshers join the Trainee Programme it does happen sometimes that that isnt the best career choice for them. We are sorry it didnt work out for you, though over the years likely a thousand people have made their career with us.

Pros

As a fresher you will get chance to work on all phases of development life cycle . It's for limited time for 2 year if you are smart and good learner ,after that there is no learning. Better to have 2 years of bond .

Cons

Bond of 3 years is biggest problem you will face , company just want output from you at any cost . No life balance only pressure. A lack of understanding or appreciation for the work. Insensitively to signs of overwork. Not setting an example they badly Taking special privileges. Higer management not treat you as a employee they treat you as slaves. All 4 and 5 star reviews are fakes

We wish we could have made life better for you at our workplace. I don't know when you were with us, but I do want to mention, that since we have included Strategic HR leaders like myself with 15-20 years of professional experience, we are setting new policies, new forums for employees to voice any grievance, and esp during Covid times, taking even more care of everyone around us. By the way, please do not use words like 'fake'; there are hundreds of people who have grown immensely, enjoyed their tenure with us, recommended others to join us, and themselves joined us back. If you would like to have a chat with any of us in HR to know the latest news and updates on policies, pl do write in to the mail id you know. Best wishes on your career ahead. May you always carry a bit of Expenzing in your heart for everything you have gained.
