This job does look good on a resume.

Cons

Weather, bad management, no room for advancement, false promises when hired (this is a door to door job with 0 room for growth), unachievable sales and lead goals, they will fire you as quickly as they hire you, did I mention that everyone quit our location

Cons

Business model is garbage, Management is HORRIBLE, Favoritism and Sexism, inconsistence with employees disciplinary. Alot of sexual harassment and prejudice goes on unchecked and unacknowledged. No one to take complaints to, they are all in on it.
