Pros
Really meaningful interactions with senior and lead staff. Interesting projects and great creative environment. Good place to quiclky learn a lot, that provides extremely good portfolio for the future.
Cons
Terrible / non-existing leadership, that tries to move away from the design core business to fields they have no experience on. Most of the things they try to sell (behavioral modeling, behavioral change, healthcare services, ...) is backed by no internal capabilities. Some decisions made are clearly unethical.

Pros
Great environment - nice people, flexible working hours, great employers. Lots to learn alongside the teams and the partners. Def a great opportunity to work with international clients.
Cons
Sometimes the stream of work stays a bit disorganized. Seniority levels and responsibilities are not always clear.
