Cons are the specialities of ExpertLancing. Everything is negative in this company. The work culture is the worst. You have to forget your family life if you are to strive & grow in this company. No Saturday, No Sunday, No festivals. Every day is a working day. If you say today is holiday, I cant work, then you are doomed and your appraisal is doomed. The ones who stay for longest hours in the office are considered as hard working. Doesn't matter if you just sit there and not do anything. What matters is the time spent in office. Lots & lots of internal politics. No respect for employees. Management is having hold on everything. No support from management to their employees. Management talk so negative about the seniors to the trainees. Zero appreciation. Management have their own group and they only get the rewards.

Bad bad and a very bad company. They don’t care about your career. They force us to publish postive reviews. Some of the interns told me that company and their college force them to publish a good ratings. If you provide actual ratings that company deserves then they will call your hod and said that your degree will be in danger. Is that the right way? I can definitely say that 90% of 5 ratings reviews are fake. They hire 40 numbers of interns and then fire them without notice they said we only want to retain only 5 of them. And what about other 35 ha ha their career is at risk. They all are searching for new jobs. Their self respect, self belief everything is wrecked.
