1. High management people (Pune&chennai) thinks that they are the CEO of the company. They will change the rules as per their requirement. 2. Threatening their employees to come to office even though they have WFH 3. If we have WFH option, Managers from Pune and chennai is asking people to take leave if they request wfh, (due to this people will loose their leaves without their requirement) I can say the names ; if management sees this : there is 2 womens as a manager (samiksha from Pune and Thangapoorani from Bangalore) this people are the main reason for the bad name for the entire organisation. They are torchering people with their thoughts and creating issues No work life balance. No salary hike (only promotions) No respect on employees Need to work as a robot
