If you praise them they will treat you well if not then your life will be hell.
Cons
No Transparency No job grantee anytime send you out with false reason that under performance with support documents to prove you. No self respect and feels like they have super power to treat you like saves( not every team it’s particularly for a one team). Unethical and unprofessional leadership lead to conflict within a team member.
