I worked at Exponential full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Young crowd
    Free snacks
No cabins bar meeting rooms (open space where directors and the executives sit on the same area)
Potentially decent initial take home but of little relevance with low increments
Work life balance can be good depends on reporting manager

    Cons

Low increments (company suffering huge advertiser losses)
Slow to move to new technologies
A lot of top talent leaving especially in last 1-2 years

    Advice to Management

Move faster to keep up with new technologies
Get investment to fund business operations
Get rid off managers who start taking it easy after getting promoted to such a position

I have been working at Exponential full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good working environment
    No long hours

    Cons

    Pathetic Management
If you are working in Adops then you'll be working with a bunch of underachievers who are not at all ambitious.

    Advice to Management

Exponential has a great working environment barring Adops department and only advice is that the Adops has some serious talent which is not able to showcase it's talent as it is buried under Politics.

I have been working at Exponential full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible Shifts
    Managable work
    Higher Management is good

    Cons

Managers are paid more than they actually deserve. Person having very low knowledge of work are Senior Managers.
Very Partial- Work Doesn't matter only favoritism Work
    Very Less Chances to grow

    Advice to Management

Old is Gold is true, but it doesnt work everywhere, atleast not here.
Most of the managers are highly incapable and are staying here as they wont find this kind of job outside this company, this can actually be a high cost saving technique too.
