I worked at Exponential full-time for less than a year

    Pros

If you want a type of work life with little to no brainstorming and much of copy paste work then this profile would suit you the best. Good company wide policies and the place is rewarded as "Great Place to work" which it is, except the Ad Operations Department. Decent starting pay for a fresher, can be better for the amount of work load on employees, else hire some more employees. The CEO of the company is actually a very great man, he cares about his employees and provides gifts and perks to employees which not many companies do. Regularly fun activities are held at and outside office premises. Last year the CEO promised and organised a company wide Goa trip. Dinner and snacks for the employees.

    Cons

Little to no newness and challenges in work, work becomes monotonous and boring after a while. They offered Unlimited leaves policy, which is a scam in itself. Your basic right to take the given number of leaves is taken away and the left leaves won't get encashed. They won't give leaves easily. Cheap politics within the department. Department likes to poke their nose in everything. You won't be able to enjoy much freedom here unless you have good bonding with the management. Pity things like breaks are given big importance mostly in this department. They expect you to stick to your seat while there is no work while other departments can be easily seen enjoying the company perks like Table Tennis, Foosball, and other games and activities. If they see you sitting at the cafeteria, they can't handle it and lose their calm. They expect you to drink at company parties and try to get things out of you and would gossip about you later. Small taks are a way pf entertainment for the management. "Yes sir" type of culture. Growth opportunities are less, since they use a inhouse tool so it would be useless outside the company and you would be limited to this company only if you are an Ad Operations Employee. Poor treatment to employees is justified as we were treated worse, which is how they glorify such things and do not try to maintain a happy work environment. Only some of the colleagues are fun loving. Fun loving attitude is not appreciated here. Improper distribution of work within the departments.

I have been working at Exponential full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Company Policies and benefits are great.

    Cons

As managerial position people are here for say 8-10 years. They dominate the teams and bring their nose in everything. No Growth for employees and intentional mental harassments if they do not like your personality. There is no concept of individuality. Teams don't behave like teams. They fire people for useless reasons.

I worked at Exponential full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work culture Salary on time Team outings and parties Good learning opportunity at initial stage If you're looking to enter the digital marketing field, then it's a good entry point.

    Cons

Internal Politics Management prefers "Yes, sir" type of people. If you are that type of person, you'll go far in this organisation, otherwise you'll have a hard time staying there. for long Poor appraisals Not a lot of learning after about 1 year. Once you have worked on the platform and understood it, there's nothing new to add to it. It's the same monotonous work from there on. Don't stay there for more than 2 years otherwise you risk stagnation
