Pros

none at all. worst experience ever

Cons

by far the worst. avoid at all costs. I worked here for 4 months before I lost my mind. Spying is an understatement. I was penalized for being 1min late (wait in Lin for4 others to sign in) so my pay was docked by 15min. I was berated for not contributing to birthday celebrations and told it would reflect in my pay and end of year raise. a family member passed and I was asked to produce a plane ticket, all though I was returning on a Saturday. however, there was no handbook to refer to. must keep silent no side convos. no cell usage or 15min breaks. watched for cell usage in restroom. no pto, sick days... nothing to offer

Pros

Pay is decent if you don't live in NYC. Direct supervisors care about you. No weekends. Typical benefits.

Cons

Bosses are poor. Protocols are almost never established in writing, then changed on a whim. Play favorites toward other departments. They illegally tell you that you can't discuss your rate of pay with your coworkers. The turnover rate is horrible. It would be less toxic without the bosses. They pretend to care about you but don't. Will compliment you then talk about you to other coworkers.

Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

The owner doesn't care for his employees its like working in a jail. They have cameras to watch you work. They advertise looking for a certain position which they give false advertise about the position.
