Pros

Pay, 4 or 5 managers, some of the co-workers

Cons

Management is terrible. Upper management is even moreterrible. They don't let managers do their jobs.more terrible. management is the biggest joke and impossible to get ahold of or get answers and responses out of. Waste of time. They over work you and you are underpaid. They don't let employees go that don't do their job or are incapable of catching on. Instead they force people to continue wasting time training and making other employees pick up the slack. The took away most holidays when the original owner sold the company. The holiday and PTO benefits are horrible. They way they treat their employees is horrible. They don't care and they aren't family oriented like they were before the merger. Worst company ever.

- Flexible hours.. - raises- - excellent pay -well trained staff -holiday pay- paid days off Holiday company parties to celebrate our accomplishments and where the company is and is going.

Cons

I have no complaints at all.

Pros

-Meet new people every day -Good office managers -no nights/weekends

Cons

-Corporate is out to get employees -Owner is difficult to approach -Owner told us constantly “everyone can replaced” -Felt like the most important item was profit -Low paying industry -Corporate micromanages, especially in the dealer side of the company -Felt like I was not trusted -Had to sign a 2 year non-compete
